    The good thingsThe company emphasize on safety and health. It has an demerit points system in place to encourage it's employees and contractor to observe safety at work. Report unsafe work practice. Work life balance and attractive benefit such as the annual \"Flexible benefit\" where company will cash in to each of the employee bank account.
    The challengesBosses can be demanding at time due to the tight schedule during plant outages and any other duties assign Given by them. Reward will be given to deserving employees to show their passion and working attitude.
