    Not a good learning place for career advancement

    The challengesMicro manage by the committee. No new thing to learn from the kitchen menu kept repeating for years. Nothing much to learn.

    The good thingsColleagues are mostly eager to assist you with learning the job and the Manager I had, was pretty cool with understanding and improving the work area and on how to make situations we encounter easier for staffs to handle. Pretty much, it was quite fun working in SGCC!
    The challengesAs I am the type who likes to have ongoing work until my shift is up, there is not much to be done once the traffic is over or any given tasks have been completed. They do not have a proper place for staff to relax away from the purview of members at the time I was working there.

    The good thingsHere are fun n relax to worked as everyone tend to clear off their entitled MC. Even though u are not sick u can just get it as when you like. My boss also do it.

    Good quality management system, friendly and helpful co workers.
    The good thingsThe good working environment and especially the good food provided for the employee. Nearby to bus stop and several restaurants. Especially, its only beside chomp chomp. Fixed working hours, good learning environment and great for career development.
    The challengesAs i was attached to the finance department. The timeline was rather tight. However, it was overall an enjoyable journey.

    The good thingsIt is a a peaceful and friendly environment. If fresh entry levels are looking out for experiences, it a good place to work and learn new knowledge of what you would expect in the real workforce in Singapore. As I am electrical certified graduate and used to work in the F&B industries, I could use my electrical and service knowledge on the job.
    The challengesOther than the M&E support of the facilities and departments, technician also supports events, like providing sound system and lightings. They'll also teach you on handling the swimming pool pump system. But it would be better if they could sent their people for training.
