Good stepping stone but definitely not for long term. The good thingsA nice place for fresh graduates to get initial experience in the environmental industry. Colleagues were willing to impact skills and different departments offer different fields to improve on your experience. Plenty of workload to deal with on a day to day basics so you can learn on the job.
The challengesManagement was poor and avoided people management and communications between departments I was in was poor. Politics was so bad that it hindered daily work efficiency. Overly complacent seniors have left a bad culture for years, yet little to no effort was willing to be put in to right the wrongs. Pay grade is lower than the market and work is tough due to nature of industry.
