A good place to learnThe good thingsThe management often conduct in-house training for the staff to improve the skills, but it's mainly in Chinese as the company is dealing with China clients. I've learnt to communicate better with the clients coming from different parts of China. It's an interested place to work with.
The challengesMost of the colleagues are Chinese, hence we communicate in Mandarin most of the times. Hence, the lack of usage of English in the daily work had make my English proficiency decreased. The management is a bit of micro-management, not flexible enough.
