    You need to live yourself just for other's expectations.
    The good thingsThere are friendly co-workers around if you are lucky to meet them before they move to another company.
    The challengesYou will need to learn as fast as possible when you step into this company, as many things will start pouring in, and they expect you to know and handle it. Many grey areas will start assigned to you, and you will need to hunt for history and answers within the expected dateline. The tasks given don't align with the JD (not mentioned), and sometimes we will wonder why we are required to do these.

    A company that I stayed on for more than 30 years !!
    The good thingsFlexibility !! Bosses always trust his or her staff with their work. No need for punch card or time log coming in or leaving office. Salary is never late too.
    The challengesBasically is very pleasant working in SGS. But certain things can be improved. Example the leave entitlement, staff need to work for more than 7 years before he is entitled to more annual leaves.
