This lack of transparent communication can lead to misunderstandings and frustration among employees. Career advancement seems limited. Opportunities for professional growth and development are scarce, which can be discouraging for those seeking a company invested in employee progress. The company lacks a robust recognition and rewards system. Hard work often goes unnoticed, and employees may feel undervalued for their contributions.     Overall it’s a great experience to work in hospitality industry with various types of nationalities.
    The good thingsLearning something new everyday. How to be well organized and informed. Supporting each other as a great team. Organizational behavior. How to maintain speed and balance in work. Great customer service, care skills. Good attitudes that improves and building up a hospitality career. Laws, rules and regulations in food & beverages industry. The quality and standards of food hygiene and safety and service provide to the guests. Respect to the organization rules and regulations also colleagues and co workers.
    The challengesI didn’t enjoy working with some people who are not understanding each other and don’t respect others. But that’s the nature of a working environment, we may meet many types of personalities. Also it’s a kind of good experience that I can improve my communication skills. It’s all about how we communicate and deal with them. It should be change according to the person sometimes. This challenge really help me to transform.

    The good thingsYou can work with your friends, fun management staffs and a lot of friendly people. Pantry has good foods and they provide salads and ice cream too. Transportation back home after 12AM!
    The challengesAs a hotel steward it’s hard to live up to the expectations of the Head Chef who’s in-charge of that place. Otherwise, there would be no problem working there and everyone will be happy.
