One word: DON'T BOTHERThe good thingsTypical SME pace and style where it is fast (but manageable) and you will have learning opportunities when given tasks outside of your job responsibilities.
A typical profit-centric company. You should be fine if you are in a business development role as long as you can deliver results.
Some colleagues can be supportive and easy to get along with. However, turnover is high. So someone you work well with may not be around for very long, due to the challenges.
The challengesDon't expect to thrive here. Being able to survive here is a big achievement. Whether you are a HR Director or CFO, still needs to get CEO's approval. Approvals can be slow, need constant chasing and reply can come at very last minute with a very tight deadline.
CEO can come across as disrespectful, entitled and cold. Be prepared to be a "yes" man for years, and rush for deadlines before you want to give any feedback or gain any autonomy.
Advice is: Before you join the company, ask HR if you can speak to colleagues who have worked here for at least 5 years to get a better sense.
