    Good environment
    The good thingsEverybody is genuine and works as a team, looking out for each other. Management guys are always on the ground and work together. No ivory towers here.
    The challengesThe company is very dynamic and fast moving. If you are not the type that likes challenges and stretch yourself to excel, this may not be the company for you. Nobody lepak here, everybody is focused.

    The good thingsNo office politics, seniors are sincere in teaching, bosses are understanding
    The challengesSometimes have to handle tight deadlines, but everybody works together as a team to get things done. The culture from the top is good.
