Decent company for work and growth in careerCompany that worth to stay long if you are hardworking or work smart. Not a good environment if you want to relax or expecting work from home. They value promising employee by compensating with decent salary. Company do take good care of their employee Their current salary is slightly competitive for lower to lower-mid position. Hopefully they can do another readjustment on their salary.

I have conducted my tasks here, meaning that multi-tasking is very familiar to me. I have been involved in FAT, SAT, and T&C.
The good thingsCompletion of Electrical Installations, Procurement of Onshore and Offshore. In house exam gives us many knowledges.
The challengesCoordination between sub-contractors and on-site requirements by the client's engineers. Material procurement is very strict, so difficult to meet the site requirements, and I was struggling to be in line with site progress.

Under paid with too much overtime
The good thingsWilling to develop their employee in terms of skills. Pray that you're attached to a good PM or project.
The challengesNo balance, low pay, job is tough and demanding. Some PM micro manage you, while some are too busy that they forget about you. Many good employees have left which just make the situation worse, Upper management are not giving good solution to solve the crisis they are facing.

The good thingsI able to learn and experience the standard electrical installation in underground tunnel construction. I learned a lot of the LTA requirements and specification in LTA MRT Projects especially those BCA CD Requirements.
The challengesThe difficult or challenging part of my work experience are those issues arises on site which need close coordination with other contractor to comply to the standard code of practice and any CD requirements.
