    The good things-Young working staff -Not much politics at all
    The challenges-No salary increment.. only if you ask for it -Management bias -Overtime is very common in this industry. no rest -Annual leave may not be approve -Have to fork out own money (thousands) for projects -Reimbursement is very very slow -Directors are friends thus, often bias -No system at all.
