    Not to be fooled by the fact that only managers have long tenures in the company. Other executive levels have much higher turnover rate.

    Horrendous Management
    The good thingsNot much to say, just BAD! very very bad!
    The challengesThere is a boat load of problems here. 1) Management EQ is horrendous. No idea on how to handle staff properly 2) They are literally managers and not leaders not taking the time to know more on certain situations or about the staff. 3) Because of 2, they dont seem to understand when somethings happen for a reason or the staff needs help, they live in their own world of right and wrong 4) Please if you need to talk to your staff or any staff from any department because of a possible misunderstanding, talk to them privately not go and tell them off in front of the whole wide world! 5) Management is bad and there doesnt seem to be any humanity here.
