    The challengesSenior Management does not have strategic manpower planning in hiring and could laid off people when the direction of the business changes within a short period of time (less than 2 years). Business in Asia has been contracting and the career prospect within the company is blink. There is no career development or growth within the company. Avoid working for this company.
