    Deadlines, deadlines, deadlines...
The good thingsThere are good people here to add-on to a harmonious working environment, with team players all around. But all it takes is a non-cooperative person to break this harmony, in which there are a few. However, the bosses will try their best to help and mediate the situation. Just don't expect to be guided along the way.
The challengesThe stress, the deadlines, the lack of guidance. Because this is the healthcare sector, you can expect tight deadlines since the hospital / clinic cannot afford to schedule delays. With that, everyone has their own responsibility to rush, and no one will guide you. But learning on your own is the best way to learn.
