    Review on SIGMA Elevator
    The good thingsGood benefits, company will assign you to place nearer to your home location. Good training provided. May be good or bad, but there is a lot of overtime(ADHOC Duties). Depends on people preference.
    The challengesMy only issue is sometimes having to go to rooftop to access lift room when its raining with lightning etc.. And u know delaying to go to the lift room means everyone on the HDB cant access the lift so even if its a valid excuse to not go, u just have to.

    A very difficult working environment.
    The good thingsThe company has good medical benefits.
    The challengesManagement not clear on processes and procedures. Roles and responsibilities not clearly defined. If the management started to focus on improving the systems and processes instead on just revenue the company would make more. Its also silly that employees have to foot the bill for the company issued mobile phone first and claim back the bill. Why not just have the company pay the bill first or provide an allowance.
