    The good thingsAs a fresher, with no corporate experience I walked in to SilkAir just like a child's first steps. The presence of positive atmosphere inside the company was an ice breaking fact that I have experienced first. A mixture of learning opportunities, support of colleagues, team work to face difficult situations like implementation of GST in Indian scenario, and effective leadership by the top management provided an amazing experience over the past 2 years.
    The challenges1. Hence there is a space between two departments and the application of specialised knowledge, I felt difficulty to understand some things. Eg: ticketing and pricing, taxation etc.
