    The good thingsInitial management was rather empathic & tried balancing all aspects of work well. quite normal stress level for a new startup & an extremely demanding single customer. Perks & benefits are average or baseline compared to others. Growth & ascension subjective
    The challengescost management quite challenging as time wore on. rather severely tied to mother company in Germany for a lot of aspects technology wise, which tend to limit creativity in improvement & idea generation.

    The good thingsTraining will provide Siltronics is very good. All new comers can learn here very fast and apply on the job. Hands ON what they learn over here. Challenging job which is working with chemicals, robots etc.
