    The challengesLearning curve was steep and needed to be proactive in finding solutions. It is an expanding company which still has some way to go.

    The good thingsVast opportunities to learn anything and everything about manufacturing. I personally got to be involved in 2 projects here during my 6mth internship and tho it was tough getting used to work-life, luckily the seniors are patient in guiding me. Hope to be back after army.
    The challengesDO NOT expect your job to be focused and be prepared to wear several hats. DO NOT come if you are not a team player.

    The good thingsGreat guidance from seniors of the company. Gained tons of experience and would definitely recommend for an internship.
    The challengesPersonally shy and introverted but quickly got to know people there better as they are friendly and understanding.
