    The good thingsCEO and vice CEO are a generous people, like to provide food, and they are coaching-mindset people who can provide advises how job can be done. CEO will think of people to send for upgrading skills or courses.
    The challengesHigh & Fast turnover rate. One person handle multiple portfolio so you got to be fast learner and hardworking. Not for lazy or slacking type of employees. Courtesy & manners needs improvement. Lack manpower in office side, to provide proper work delegation and coaching.

    The good thingsOpportunities arise frequently due to high turn over. This is a growing company with strong experienced operation. Bosses are involved closely in operation to steer the direction in time.
