    The good thingsIts a very good organisation to work with, as all colleagues out there are friendly and caring. It would be a very good stepping stone for the beginners (non-experience), as you can work independently, in this company. And, if you are enthusiastic and a keen person, superiors out there can assist you develop and enhance your skill, along the way.
    The challengesAs, it is a well organised company, I did not encounter such challenges personally, to mention about.
