Terrible boss with no staff welfare in mind. Squeezing staff and only empty promises. Evasive when need to make decision. No a company to work with. Look at its Board of Directors. Not many wants to go on board.
The good thingsNothing to be proud of working in this company. High staff turnover and management do not command the respect of the staff.
The challengesNo direction. Low staff morale and managers do not voice up concerns during meeting as they find it pointless to air it.
