The challengesManagements decision are pretty much dependant on the decision of both Rolls Royce and SIA, as we are a joint venture. There isn’t really an autonomy in terms of the decision the company can make. This also mean that decisions that truncates down changes often, and the speed at getting processes change in the shop are often slow, and met with a lot of obstacles.
