    The challenges"Astronauts don't know what infantry is doing." Too many holding higher post have their own agendas. Too much lacking of interdepartment communication. No work/life balance. Mgmt doesn't know how to let workers rest after work. Their noses point too high. Toxic culture. Join at your own risk.

    The good thingsThe aviation industry is challenging but yet rewarding. Balanced between desk-bound and on the site (aircraft cockpit). Exposed to technical challenges and enjoyed working with relevant vendors/stakeholders to ensure that the fleet is operationally ready. SIA provides me with excellent challenges and experiences which I cherish and I believe will be useful throughout my career.
    The challengesSIA prioritizes executive staff in terms of progression and training. I was denied training or travel although it will directly benefit my work. While it is understandable and undeniable that engineers/executive level staff holds a higher responsibility and job scope, the general staff often been overlooked and were not given enough opportunity to show potential.

    Excellent experience and good place to be
    The good things5 days a week. Weekend off. Good benefits e.g. Medical/Dental and travel. Family orientated. Yearly, there are good courses to attend. All training are good. Systems are up todate.
    The challenges1. Some staff can be difficult. 2. Promotion can be slow 3. At times, staff recognition and contribution not noticed. 4. Sometimes, wish our hard work can be recognised well. 5. Distribution of work
