Life-Changing!The good thingsI am thankful for the invaluable experience and all the lessons learnt whilst doing this job. I loved every single challenge which I eventually conquered, and the experiences I will always take with me. I enjoyed the stability the job provided, the comfortable working hours, the medical benefits, as well as the life-long friendships forged.
The challengesI like to work efficiently- working hard, yet working smart, but of course always making safety a top priority. Sometimes, long administrative protocol tends to frustrate me. On the bright side, facing this challenge has made me learn to become more patient and understanding as to why some long protocol are required, especially where safety is concerned. This has also taught me to speak up and make suggestions in cases where I can help make change for the department to run a little more efficiently.
