    Great colleagues, mundane job
    The good thingsI think the best thing about this place would be the peers you work with. Really friendly, and nice to talk to if one is interested in Art. The workload is also not heavy if you are in the finance department, manageable. This allows family-oriented individuals to be able to enjoy the work-life balance that they are seeking for while earning a decent monthly salary. It's a SAMily they say. So I am sure it is an interesting experience to be working there.
    The challengesI guess if you are fine with doing a routine job then this would not be a challenge as personally, I am unable to sit tight and do a recurring job on a monthly basis. It is a mundane job for me and as a young individual, I am looking at jobs which would give me greater exposure and allows me to learn as much as possible. Aside from this, due to the fact that other departments have different workload compared to this particular position, sometimes it can be quite a hassle to get the necessary document you require for processing or delays might happen which would result in a time crunch.

    Customer service to better
    The good thingsGood environment, friendly colleagues and. officers, better service info to museum gallery visitors and shared information with related artwork at galleries. Learn the appreciation every of unique artist presentation artwork and effort to honor protects their artwork. More in understanding artwork in gallery . Good customer service to visitors is a must.
    The challengesLong hour standing job but not weaken one spirit to do well in this customer service field post. Happy to communicate with visitors and share artwork info.

    Good people and great environment for arts enthusiasts
    The good thingsThe employers are understanding and caring. The staff body is very supportive. Opportunity to meet a diverse mix of people. The artworks are a plus point for those who are able to appreciate contemporary art. Conveniently located right next to Bras Basah MRT station.
    The challengesThe working hours are mostly fine but slightly longer on Fridays. Which means the employee is required to stand for a longer period of time. It could be challenging initially but it becomes habitual with time. The pay is on the lower side but the experiences definitely make up for it.
