    Good place to be if you are open minded and passionate about teaching
    The good thingsYou will get a lot of experience working with many children with various conditions. It is important to keep an open mind and be passionate about what you are doing. The centre sends its staff for various training to further improve and upgrade themselves.
    The challengesWorking with children might be challenging and draining sometimes and hence it is important to be mentally prepared for it.
