The teams are solid, but a lot of the management are too self-serving, does not genuinely care for their team or the real interest of the business community.
The good thingsThere are meaningful projects and programmes to manage that brings impactful positive changes to the business landscape of Singapore.
The challengesAs much as the organisation tries to represent a united front, most departments/divisions work in silos.

The good thingsThe working level colleagues are very nice and helpful.
The challengesA certain high level person is postwoman whose main role is to forward emails and instructions. She will not hesitate to assign fault to you even when it is her fault .
