    OUTDATED SENIOR MANGEMENT WITH OLD SCHOOL STYLE PROCESS
    The good things1. Only free pantry coffee and tea
    The challenges1. Nothing to learn is only how to do entertain those chamber management old school style of management by those ASG . 2.Turn over of staff is high due to senior management unreasonable request and micro management . 3. Only those boot lickers can survive here 4. Good to revamp the whole company culture , process to get things done

    Free flow of beverages & biscuits
    The good thingsOne of the plus point, understand not many employers willingly to provide Hot Chocolate, 3 in 1 coffee, biscuits and nice dry pantry. The Chamber is good to provide a minimum of the above, deeply appreciated
