    The challengesAs an emergency response Force, physical fitness is one of the key attributes of its members. As members progresses longer in the organisation, it will be best if opportunity can be offered to convert from the uniform to the civilian scheme of service.

    The challengesMany individuals would take their own sweet time (up to weeks) in processing some simple task when it can clearly be done in a few hours. Some tasks do not get processed at all.

    The challengesShiftwork even on public holidays, but public holidays are reimbursed, good leaders, good co-workers. Nice place to work. Able to meet with people from all walk of life. A lot opportunity to attend personal improvement various courses. A lot of free events like movies buffets.
