    Bad environment.
The good thingslocation, high aws, official shorter working hours
The challengespoor work-life-balance, a lot of politics, weird SOP and a lot of issues in fixing problems (human and processes). Read glassdoor reviews. Some departments have nice people and HODs, but some of the departments are a nightmare to work in.

there is always a \"first time\" no matter how many years u have worked
The good thingsGot to gain much knowledge about the insurance industry. Appreciate that it is not easy to operate and sustain a non for profit organisation. Due to its small scale and limited manpower, multi tasking and ad hoc task assignment is a norm. However, having the hands on opportunities allow myself to learn new skills and experience almost on a daily basis.
The challengesSome of the fellow colleagues tends to be less committed and not willing to teach and help others. There are also one particular older employee who prefer to stab on others to score, another whom would rather do slower and less so that somebody else got to step in due to time factor. It is a big challenge to learn to work with such black sheep.
