    High staff turnover due to poor management
    The good thingsSalary received earlier than other company. Have to work on weekend and public holidays. No career path. Old management style. No more gym and other benefits.
    The challengesHave to understand all aspects of the job covering from handling customers request to communicate with the ferry captain etc.
