    Dont join if you cant handle pressure. Not friendly work place.
    The good thingsIn and out time on time. Rarely they want you to stay for free overtime.
    The challengesPpnc group is not good. Full of EGO. Managers finding fault on you , even on pencil place. Your fault will be publish on group chat. Very difficult to get bonus. Everything good to company ,not good at colleague side.too much pressure until your weekend go mad. Mistake to join .

    Management needs to actually know where they are going.
    The good things-clock in on time, clock out on time. -keep your head low, and do your work. -dont question anything. just do as youre told.
    The challenges-deeply seated cultures w/ old folks refusing to embrace change and the pace of today's business landscape. -japanese pretty much controls everything. -hard to "fly" if youre looking for career advancement.

    Challenge work with tight schedule
    The good thingsDuring the time,I have a good chance to challenge myself with new technology and tight schedule. You must learn to manage the a pile of job with assigning and cooperation.
    The challengesFA parts always submit without further discussion due to tight timeline. The following production order would need to make a great effort to troubleshoot. It's a embarass cycle again and again.
