    Great place to grow!
    The good thingsThe company culture is inclusive and family oriented. There are various benefits - from annual leave, family leave (even for those without children) and community service leave. Health benefits and insurance benefits are included as well. There is immense trust in employees - no medical certificates are required for short term illnesses.
    The challengesThe pay may not be as high as other financial institutions, but the culture is less cut throat here. So, it's really what is important for you.
