    The good thingsTreated well, fairly, responsive. People in the company makes the environment even better. Mutual respect, understanding of each other's role in the company plays a huge part as well.
    The challengesCompany/Team bonding would be great to have. Time off for everyone to go out and have fun. Once a year is more than enough.
