    Working together, like a family.
The good thingsA working culture that encourages ownership and accountability. Bosses are approachable, down to earth and are always open to suggestions from the staff. Colleagues wise, probably some of the nicest I have ever encountered. It feels more like an extended family working here.
The challengesGrowth in terms of position and payscale wise may prove to be challenging.

Easy and meaningful job, over utilized by management
The good thingsInteraction with all types of people, teaching people important life skills and going to different venues never thought possible
The challengesPeople management, once in awhile you meet difficult people. Colleagues, learners, management do throw a curve ball at you and make something easy complicated. Supervisory and management styles need drastic improvement.

The good thingsThe participants and the satisfaction derived from imparting useful knowledge and skills.
The challengesThe management style that rewards under-performing staff just because they follow instructions blindly abd apple-polishers. Dumb policies that defies logic. Unprofessional colleagues that stabs your back whenever possible.
