The good thingsthere is nothing positive about being employed here.
The challengesthey will not teach you how the job works, you will have to figure out everything on your own and the colleagues are very toxic.

    Don't join Allied Health Department
The good thingsPSAs and therapists are great
The challengesManagement very mean and toxic - set you up for failure. Expect you to know everything even if you are new. Guidance was only a show. Narcissistic HOD even names a program acronym after her name

It was mentally degrading experience, had trauma since then
The good thingsThere was nothing good to say
The challenges The supervisor was toxic, unwilling to train/teach me. The supervisor was not professional at all. I was yelled at loudly by her along the common corridors, blamed for the mistakes that she made, got scolded for asking questions when unsure. No wonder the turnover rate for that department is 100%.
