    An enriching and fulfilling experience.
The good thingsThe relationship between the manager and staff are cordial and open. People are allowed to give their frank opinion. No hipocrites!!!
The challengesWhen your frankness are not perceived well and you are judge as arrogant. When being trueful is being misunderstood.

    Pleasant Working Experience
The good thingsThe supervisors and staff are very friendly, professional and understanding. They recognise and appreciate those who work hard. The overall working style is organised and systematic, making it easy for newcomers to learn the ropes. The environment is conducive for productivity which minimises stress when it comes to completing work. Overall, it was a very pleasant working experience.
The challengesI did not meet too many challenges during my time working there. The only challenging part was due to the work load during the busy period, which was not something the company could influence, e.g. lecturers who needed to have exam scripts checked by the department promptly. Hence, at the lower level, I did not meet too many challenges.

    Superficial Experience
The good thingsBenefits, while not the best, are reasonable. As long as you deliver what is expected, no one will ask much.
The challengesCustomers and clients come first; staff concerns and satisfaction comes much later. They are more concern about meeting KPIs more than understanding what matters to the staff.

Opportunities given to employees to learn better ways to work as a team and self development as well. With relevant courses provided that allows 1 to be more productive and effective in the job scope.
The good thingsGreat working environment where every friendly and helpful staff worked as a team like working as a family.
The challengesMultitasking and team work were practised in this organisation. The challenges faced to meet the datelines of the tasks assigned.

    "A really no future company"
The good things1. Work-life balance is okay. 2. Bonus was okay, but decreasing year by year.
The challenges1. Low basic pay. 2. Low pay increment. 3. No career path growth unless your boss loves you so much. 4. Old regime management, massy management structure. 5. No clear direction the company to be.

    Family oriented environment!
The good thingsAs the environment is family oriented, the people working there is quite nice. Being in the team for 10 years, the people is the factor that affects my decision to leave the job. The whole team is like a family, giving care and moral support to each other.
The challengesI find it challenging when I need to interact with people who has worked here for many years, their minds are not open to changes and at times they do not welcome new people joining the organisation. That I feel is not appropriate as there is always things to learn from each other.

Great Employer with Strong People Culture & Positive Work Environment
The good thingsPeople culture is very strong and cross-entity & inter-division working relationships are cordial and effective. Colleagues are generally warm and friendly. Policies and procedures are also well documented. A very transparent organisation too.
The challengesToo many policies and systems. Can be painful in using the systems, especially for staff who are not tech-savvy.

    Nice working environment
The good thingsThe company benefits are quite good, with some extra perks like food lunches and tea breaks, etc. The people here are generally quite nice and friendly. Depending on the department you worked in, some have quite long working hours.
The challengesThe work department can be quite lean, one person may have to do everything on their own. Having said that, the dept I was in had good teamwork and most people are generally nice if you need help. Hours can be quite long especially during beginning and end of semester.
