Good and bad experiences at SIT
The good things* Can work from home, get to work independently.
The challengesToo much unnecessary paper work to get things done. The professors have high IQ but low EQ. They do not have the skills to manage experienced professionals. But if you are a fresh graduate, this place is suitable for you.

    Ok Invigilation Experience
The good things- An easy job, with a lot of downtime. You will get to meet other undergraduates and fresh graduates around your age.
The challenges- The employees at the Registrar's Office often use Chinese to converse. This may make it difficult for Non-Chinese speakers to fit in. - The information for invigilation processes could be clearer. There are many steps and forms that we must be responsible for, but this information is not on paper.

The good thingsCreative freedom, autonomy, good environment, good intern pay.
The challengesDepending on your department, you need your own laptop/software. Creative freedom comes at the price of needing to self govern/plan out your own workload.
