A challenging yet rewarding journey of growth, teamwork, and meaningful impact at AMTA of SMF
The good things- Purpose-driven work: What we do actually matters. It’s not just tasks, it’s impact. - Learning & growth: Constantly picking up new skills, ideas, and perspectives. - Team energy: When the people around you care, work feels lighter and more motivating. - Stability + direction: Having a clear mission makes it easier to stay focused and confident about the future.
The challenges1) Limited resources - Prioritize key activities - Use available resources efficiently - Seek partnerships and support where possible 2) Communication gaps - Hold regular team meetings - Use one main communication channel - Encourage open and clear feedback 3) Coordination among teams - Improve collaboration between departments - Assign team leaders to guide coordination - Share updates and progress reports regularly

A dynamic role full of growth and new challenges.
The good thingsSmooth recruitment and onboarding process
The challengesNot at the moment as I have only been in this role for one month, so it is too early for me to provide meaningful feedback on challenges. I am still in the learning and onboarding phase.

The good thingsMultiple tasks. Overload tasks without properly manage time frame.
The challengesIt is corporate learning industry, but they still use traditional way. It should lead manufacturing industry to go AI. System structure should be improved.

Company needs a proper structure and capable leaders.
The good thingsYou pretty much get to do everything, including things you are totally not supposed to do.
The challengesYou pretty much get to do everything, including things you are totally not supposed to do. To explain more, assume that you are hired as a sales person, you are now tasked to do EDM, then artwork and design, then marketing, then copywriting... that's not enough, now you have to find sponsors, you have to curate events, you have to plan the whole event. That's not all.. you are tasked to support other Business units, helping them do minutes, organize meetings, travel overseas, run roadshows etc. 1 person's salary but 10 men's job.

    Challenging job
The good thingscolleagues are friendly and well-bonded, work-life balance (depending on the department you are in), free food during events, some department superiors are astonishing friendly and good hence they are relatively easy to work with
The challengesold fashioned thinking, management should listen more from the village. strict on taking AL (but then again, depending on the department you are in), inflexibility, low wages/salary package. High turnover.
