    Not Motivating; Mis-aligned Career Goals
The good thingsLocation of the office is accetable.
The challengesWork focuses on outcomes geared towards political master's wishes, not the ideal outcome that addresses the needs and would benefit the businesses directly; hard work and the process of executing the negotiation is not recognised and not rewarded if the outcome is not aligned.

The good thingsGood learning curve. Relatively flat hierarchy. Smart colleagues (some at least). Some Divisions' work are pretty relevant to making an economic impact on the country. Location is good. If keen to stay on longer, somewhat decent diversity of work depth across various Divs. Opportunity to travel, big plus - see the world on public dime.
The challengesHours can be punishing - and not equitably rewarded. Bosses can be impossible to manage. Middle management is sometimes non-existent. Flat hierarchy is sometimes byword for shouldering way too much by one person. Work can be very repetitive and pointless. Vanity projects by revolving door of top management.
