    most of the senior staff is there for many years and most of the being senior citizens age 50 - 60+, not much of a career growth, nothing to learn

    Seriously in need of manpower all the time
    The good thingsOffice hour, occasionally lunch treats from management as my lunch time is utilize to hold company meetings
    The challengesThe working environment is not very good. As a healthcare setting, ironically, I don't feel any compassion nor empathy towards the staff and patients from the management too. Co workers doesn't believe in team work let alone any team spirit to name. Bootlickers can survive but not hardworking individuals.
