    Good experience
The good thingsYou'll meet good working colleagues and experience handling with challenging people out there when working. Work life balance is pretty average, depending on the post you got into. Plenty of posts for you to join and try. You'll always learn something new in the force.
The challengesSometimes, things do got mundane and repetitive. This is the case for most jobs out there. Career progression is ok if you can talk and mix around well with your superiors.

Amazing experience serving NS and learn lots of stuff that teacher wont teach
The good thingsYes i have been learning a lot of stuff in SPF, from personal development and many more. Most important it is the skills and management that I as a service guy to perform my daily duties to assist our regular officers. I enjoy collaborating and schedule everything and arrange the date and time for our officers to get their computers issue fix. I am always the first level to troubleshot and get things done.
The challenges1) Collaborating with officers (There are a few fussy officers but i am able to convince and ensure things will be done asap) 2) Facing network issue (There are times where the networks are down and I have to call up our officers to tell them that there will be a down time and we will get it fix.) 3) Handling cases (As a base we have over hundred of computers/laptops that aside we also support for the other units. I have to ensure that all computers are being label with name and Case ID and arrange for the engineer to get the problem solve. There are hardware case that we have to escalate to vendor which will take a few days.)
