    Enjoyable place to work at.
    The good thingsWorking here is an enjoyable job. The people are nice and helpful. Everything is negotiable here. Problems always seem small when it comes to working.

    The good thingsThe company ensures that everyone has a conducive work environment. One of the things I like about the team is that they are very supportive and collaborative. The company has helped me to grow professionally by sending me for courses. Some of the benefits that staff get to enjoy are regular (once a month/once every two months) buffet sessions.
    The challengesThe weakness of the company's management team is seen when there are decisions to be made. Slow in deciding on project's next steps. The career and growth opportunities here are limited because​​ there are many people staying in the company. no room to climb.

    Too many changes without structure
    The good thingsHumble leadership from the Chairman, he remembers me by name after our first meeting. Not every Chairman can do that. Company Social Responsibility outreach - iShine groups reach out to beneficiaries from children, teenagers, elderly and nature.
    The challengesCut down IT machines and increase more human touch. It is becoming like an IT company instead of Responsible Gaming company.
