I believe in being part of the team to see the college advancing into a leading career-focused arts college in Asia, which is a challenging and meaningful journey to take.
The good thingsVibrant and interesting environment with fun colleagues. Get to experience different music events, master classes and meeting renown artistes from all over the world.
The challengesDynamic and challenging work but there is team support/ work that makes what you are doing easier and motivates you to develop and grow.

It’s been a rewarding experience to be part of a community that’s passionate about both education and the arts, while seeing students thrive and grow in their fields.
The good thingsSingapore Raffles Music College has great facilities, from Steinway pianos to well-equipped studios, which help students get hands-on experience. The college also has strong ties to the industry, giving students opportunities to work on real projects and build connections. The faculty is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping students grow in their craft.
The challengesOne challenge is making sure students get enough practical exposure while juggling their academic work. As the college continues to grow, keeping up with the latest tech and offering enough variety in courses to match students' different interests can be tricky.

Helpful colleagues, good team vibes but bad management
The good thingsHelpful colleagues, good team vibes
The challengesPoor company performance. Indecisive management, over dependant on external consultant (called Edu Value) advice who made a mess to company overall culture and values. Over the years, little improvement were made by this consultant. In short, if you want to change a job, please check if the company had hired external consultant firm called Edu Value. If have, please seek for another company. It is a mess to any companies culture and operations who engaged this external consultancy firm.
