    It's alright though could be better
    The good thingsSalary is generally good, although a lot of OT is required to achieve it. Generally good place to retire in, rarely are people condemned for making mistakes.
    The challengesWork life balance not too good with 8 hr shift. Company benefits not matching up accordingly with the times. Too much company politics and complacent seniors/ line management.

    Meticulous, loyal and hard working
    The good thingsSafety come first from top to bottom and even a daily contractor can tell the CEO to put on ear plug when on the site. All workers in this company are given authority to stop or recommend to stop the process of the works if found to be dangerous.
    The challengesAn eye-opener to works in this kind of industry. They're in the process of shifting the current Maximo system to SAP system which is a very complicated information migration.
