You don't really reap what you sowThe good thingsThe company rewards us well with performance bonus, this is the motivation to work. My colleagues here aren't that political, at least my team mates aren't. There are frequent half-days on the eve of public holidays and also some special ones like Family day where we get to go off 4 hours earlier. You get to learn a lot of things here, given the time. Opportunity is always present.
The challengesDespite the bonuses, the management throws unreasonable decision to make last minute cut, last minute changes to numbers. We as executive have to be on standby to wait and to load into system, it is easy for one to tense up duration those critical period. I suggest if cuts are not significant, we could wait till a second adjustment period(we have three period catered) to deliver. Also, 1 person could be doing 3 persons worth of work at any given time.
