    The good things1. Nothing I can describe about it.
    The challenges1. The management doesn't appear to trust on employees 2. Company still using a very out-dated email software (lotus) 3. Top management no clear vision and identity - always appear lack of ideas and depend on lower staffs for answer (should brain-storm together rather depend on one person) 4. Top management doesn't provide proper direction on assignments/roles - always make changes 5. Micromanages and doesn't allow the freedom of work 6. Too focuses more on staff weaknesses than our strengths 7. I cannot learn much things from this company 8.
