Bad relations with the boss, overwhelming tasks, no work-life balance.
The good thingsI did not enjoy my time there.
The challengesThere were no work life balance as said mentioned during interview. Throughout the months, you will feel demoralised to work and even get traumatised everyday.

    A place of no progression
The good thingsVery quiet campus with a large amount of space
The challengesTraining for staff is a rare opportunity . As funds are adequate for a few staff per year. Hence coupled with red tape the place comes to a standstill

    Average Organisation
The good thingsWhat I like about this university is the facilities provided to the staffs. Benefits wise is good.
The challengesSo far, the colleagues I've worked with is not as amiable and cooperative as they seems to be. It's difficult working with a boss who is micro-manage. SUTD is still a rather new university and it still needs some time to improve their organization culture etc.

    Faculty are Kings
The good thingsIts a new school where they try to maintain a startup atmosphere, colleagues are friendly, environment is clean and conducive for work. Very good exposure and opportunity to move within the school to widen experience and build resume.
The challengesIn my opinion, management wants to maintain startup environment but is forced to fast track to operate as a corporate to meet audit requirement thus conflict and last min changes to policy occur often resulting in extra work. Faculties are Kings, administrative have to expedite their request when they approach senior management which occurs everyday.
