The challengesWorst office ever in facilities development department. Managers who worked there for more than 10 years became like gods in office. Newies come and go every few months. When u start, you are put on probation for 6 months and that is hell. Even a full stop typo in your docs will be nagged by the old managers. It's a small office and so much politics. Everyday in office is like a living hell. no smiles, just work work work and meeting after meeting after meeting. You design, u draft, u detail, u procure, u are the qs, u are the pm, u managed everything by yourself. managers are only there to scrutinise your work and just ensure you finish your work on time like some discipline master. worst is the director, come once in awhile, work from home all the way. the rest of staff have to abide by wfh regulations. needless to say, don't every work here. left coz I couldn't take leave as manager threatened not to approve my leave last min if I dun finish my work on time. what a bad teamwork
