    The good thingsFriendly and family-liked working environment, very reasonable targets, most of the managers are friendly and helpful. Company celebrated a lot of fun events. Really help me to learn and grow, suitable even for the non-experienced to learn. Good employee benefit. Work Life balance if you can hit target.
    The challengesSales role. Will still need to hit targets. If you like to do sales, and want a more chill environment than bank, this might be a suitable place.
