    The good thingsThe People you work with are great. Its like a big family with lots of history and professional expertise that help you find your way. People are always willing to help you. Everyone works hard to support the business objectives.
    The challengesThe culture needs revitalizing and is underway with the new CEO. There is a culture of continuous organisational change which people feel is too much too often. Changes do not have time to be effective before the next is introduced. Perpetuates the organisation working in Silos as opposed to one well oiled machine.
